After you set the PowerPoint poster size, PowerPoint will ask you if you want to maximize or shrink the size of your content to make sure it fits. Choose Maximize.

3- Add visual elements

To create a beautiful PowerPoint poster, you need to add ads to your slide. Click the Insert tab and select the image menu.

You have three options for inserting images: This device, stock photos, and online images. For this poster we used a stock image. That’s why we selected the Stock Images option.

4- Add text elements

Once your chosen image has been uploaded to the slide. Click the Text Box tab on the Insert menu to add a text box.

You can add as many text boxes as your poster requires. Once text boxes are added to the poster, you can change font sizes, colors, and fonts.

5- Insert shape elements into the poster

Click the Insert menu and select the desired shape to add to your poster.

You can write the desired text in form elements. You also have options to choose Shape Fill, Shape Outline, or Shape Effects. Based on the layout of your poster, you should choose shape elements and colors to personalize those elements.

6- Check if you have recorded everything

We’ve also added an icon from the Insert menu to make our poster look good, we’ve added an icon from the Insert menu in the poster footer. You can also add your logo instead of this icon.

And finally, we’ve added another shape and text box to the footer. Your poster design will look like this:

7- Save your poster design

Once your poster is ready, you need to save the file. You have several options to save it.

But make sure to save the file in PowerPoint. If you save the file in PowerPoint, you can easily edit it in the future.

To print the file, you can save it in a PDF or JPEG file.
